Sorry for the late answer.
On Unibet you get the maximum loyalty bonus which is allowed there. However, as per network rules, where are not allowed to tell you the rate.
On NL10 you just will find Euro tables, on higher limits there are also Dollar tables.
As long as you play shorthanded the traffic is good. At the moment there are 20 NL10 and 20 NL20 tables open, which are full of players. The peak time is in 12 hours, so the traffic will be much higher later.
