There's plenty of good advice about the site. Just clear your mind and absorb as much information as you can, and incorporate it into whichever game you play.
Remember if you have any questions you can always ask in the forums and someone will stop in to help out where they can. And don't forget to make use of the strategy articles, videos, coachings and hand evaluation forums.
