      Yes, unless he has somewhat nitty stats like 9/6 with just 10% raise LP and 1% 4-bet...

      Against that player, I'd ship all day long, although I'd 3-bet to 5-5,5 because of oop.
      If he happens to have KK, AA it's just a cooler and even then you have 20%... :-)
      He can call with QQ, JJ, AKo, AKs, maybe even TT if he puts you on AK.

      Bu should 4-bet bluff quite often and also he can 4-bet/call easily with TT/JJ
