Titan Poker Griffith 0.10/0.20, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Hello....

Have no reads on the guys, as it was only the 3rd hand I played

BB ($11.48)
UTG ($6.83)
UTG+1 ($11.09)
UTG+2 ($38.16)
MP1 ($9.17)
MP2 ($18.99)
MP3 ($19.70)
CO hero ($19.70)

Preflop: hero is in the CO with 4 :spade: 4
UTG raises to 0.40, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls 0.40, 1 fold, MP2 calls 0.40, 1 fold, hero calls 0.40, 3 folds.

Flop (1.90) 4 :diamond: K :club: Q
UTG checks, UTG+2 bets 1.40, MP2 raises to 2.80, hero calls 2.80, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls 1.40.

Turn (10.30) A
UTG+2 checks, MP2 bets 4, hero calls 4, UTG+2 calls 4.

River (22.30) 7
UTG+2 checks, MP2 moves all-in for 11.79, hero moves all-in for 12.50, UTG+2 calls 12.50

Should I have reraised the flop for protection?

reraise on flop bigtime, it's unlikely that anyone has QQ or KK here so it's very likely that you have the best hand on flop & you have to protect your hand here. When you raise big, only hands like AK/KQ/KJ will call you, against which you are a big big favourite and you get rid of hands like JT against which your hand is more vulnerable. On flop I would reraise to something like 8$ and push on turn.

Two of your opponents are showing strength so raise it up on the flop since you figure to get action with the likely best hand. The rest of your stack can then go in pretty easily on the turn.

Raise, you can get them allin on the turn.

Hi Gungunhana!

As already mentioned: raise on the flop. You will get paid off by top pair top kicker, top two pair or maybe also a straight draw. If you get called, push all-in on the turn.

Good luck at the tables!

Thanks for the answers. Should have raised the flop as you all said. Because I didn´t, I allowed the flush from vilain on the river :(
