I think you should raise to 90 preflop. On the flop you should conti bet around half pot and give up if you get called. Your conti bet of about the pot size is way to big on the flop and your bet on the turn is prob giving free chips away.

Agree.

About the raise pre-flop imo it is ok to do it 4BB, the important imo is that if you decide to raise your midle pairs that it is the same as when you have a monster so that you dont give tells. So either open raise all 3BB or 4BB.
