TaF system effective at time of registration:
Group 1:
15 StrategyPoints = $10
100 StrategyPoints = $15
5000 StrategyPoints = $75
Group 2:
5 StrategyPoints = $10
100 StrategyPoints = $15
5000 StrategyPoints = $75
Group 3:
2000 StrategyPoints = $50
I only has 12points. And i earn money via refer at Group 1.
How do may earn money via refer at Group 2?

on that page, you see when your reffered friends registered, and that date is marked with color. For each group there is a different color. If your friends registration date is marked with light blue color, then you'll be earning $ via group 1(it's marked with light blue). I'm not 100% sure, but that's how i understand that system 
If is as that. How do to my friends register will marked is yellow.
This problem must ask admin.

It was probably some kind of promotion. You shouldn't worry much about that, there is no big difference in these, it's easy to collect 15 strategy points.

In the past we had two more payout systems for your friends. You called it group 2 and group 3. For new friend the newest system applies (group 1). Old friend will stay in their group and not move to the newest one. The background colour in the column "Registered on" tells you for which group your friend is eligible.
