Flop: (6,00 SB) 5♣, 8♣, A♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5,50 BB

Can I raise this flop?
Is the fold OK?

I think its okay to fold the flop on a 3 bet. Opponent often plays Ax in that way.

I would simply check/fold the flop. It's SB vs BB but with the 3-bet he has an ace or pair too often to try a move here.
