iPoker - $0.50 NL - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

UTG: $50.00
CO: $62.27
BTN: $49.50 from LP VP:42/PR:37/Fold to 3B:66%/Fold to CBet:39% (14k hands)
Hero (SB): $61.27
BB: $50.00

Hero posts SB $0.25, BB posts BB $0.50

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero has A♠ T♠

fold, fold, BTN raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $5.00, fold, BTN calls $3.50

Flop: ($10.50, 2 players) 2♥ 8♣ 5♠
Hero bets $6.50, BTN calls $6.50

Turn: ($23.50, 2 players) 3♦
Hero bets $14.50, fold

Ok I think this is an important one.
#1Against a BU that steals a lot I think it is good to 3B with ATs.
#2OOP against his wide range I think I have to CBet almost every flop.
#3 He doesnt fold often to CBet which implies that I know I have to fire a second barrel

In the end if I follow this I am commited regardless of the board!
I know that #2 is questionnable but if I CBet only on A,K,Q,J high boards won't I be exploitable?

betting this turn isn't good idea, because he won't fold anything of his range unless he had some high cards etc.I don't see him ever folding 8x or 22+.
In general your thoughts are okey. When he doesn't fold much just barrel 2nd time and maybe tirth but if you decide to barrel 3 always leave a pot size bet or bigger on river !(Keep this in consideration with pot ratio/stacks on turn bet).

He would often float this board, so firing turn barrel is fine
but I´d fold to shove, don´t expect him to shove smt like 67. Most likely he has there pairs, sometimes sets and I think you don´t have enough equity to b/c turn.
Couple of simulations. Your best chance if you´re against only pp and 67

oard: 2h8c5s3d
Hand Equity Wins Ties
AsTs 30.37% 735 0
22-TT, 67 69.63% 1,685 0

If you take out 67, since he would very often raise that hand on the flop

board: 2h8c5s3d
Hand Equity Wins Ties
AsTs 14.86% 255 0
22-TT 85.14% 1,461 0

Even if we add some 8x hands and some A high semibluffs, like AJ, your equity is still very low
board: 2h8c5s3d
Hand Equity Wins Ties
AsTs 15.72% 474 48
22-TT, 89, 8T, AJ 84.28% 2,646 48
