I would call down

You're heads up, BvB. He's raising a ton of hands there which aren't straight or flush draws and you beat a lot of value hands.

Sure you're going to lose quite a bit here but folding 2nd pair here is way too exploitable for my likeing, you're going to be folding a lot of hands on a lot of turns if you let go of hands thins strong in BvB
