My step father can speak Farsi so he can read the words but not the meaning. He says the first word (furthest to the right) is pronounced "Ahari" and could mean "the last"
There are sites (wikipedia etc.) where you can find parts of the arabic script.

The first couple of words look roughly like this to me. You can then put it into a translator online...
You've got the first word right, not the rest though. If you can make your step father to write the words down in Latin letters, I should be able to translate

It says "We will meet another time" only in reverse order... so what's really written is "time another meet we will"...
