Pre-Flop: (150) 8♥ 8♠ dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to 250, 3 folds, BB raises to 2,770 and is All-In, Hero calls 1,670 and is All-In

BB is a maniac who went from CL with 6000 chips to his current stack by going AI very wide, 3betting wide.. postflop checkraise bluffing etc.. you get the idea..

I have a hand that is definitely worth opening.. problem is BB maniac.. so I decided before I opened to call a possible 3bet AI from BB maniac.. did I play this hand? because here I'm definitely ahead of his range but on the other side I have also a healthy stack of 19BB with a good to huge edge.. so was it better to wait for a stronger hand here?

thx for ur calcuation.. ok yeah difinitely possible.. I think I was correct in my reads and his wide restealing range (not so difficult to spot the maniacs) as he showed JTs
