The villains is bad. Though this was a good flop to bluff. After I got called, I was 90% sure he didn't have a King. Was it worth to continue, having my read?

no
dont bluff donks
board didnt change on turn or river so if he likes his hand on flop he likes it on turn/ river also

i might just shove preflop and hope for best

yeah can agree to that. There are no scarecards for villain. When he calls turn he def. calls river. I would think about a preflop shove too (fold is also ok).
But don't bluff "fishy" players wenn they call 2 streets and the board doesn't change too much.

Raise Pot Preflop as a Bluff, C-Bet and then Check/Fold if you get any action ?
That seems like a more sensible to play this hand as a bluff... What do you think?

Put yourself in Villans Spot, (so you dont think HE has a king, but without a raise pf, why should YOU have a king?)

He's more likely to call you down with 2nd pair etc.. here alot of the time because you were passive preflop..
