Being sandwiched between a Donker and a Limpraiser without a good draw can't be good. If I had at least a backdoor flush draw I would call. Without it your outs are few and you have to fear a raise from the limpraiser. Better fold on the flop.

In any case fold on the turn. Another raise is very likely since the 3 was a blank. The turn bet isn't strong but it provides another opportunity to raise a overpair, which almost certainly will.
