Checkraise the flop. You have a monster draw and the queen provides foldequity. You might get better hands to fold like better aces. This is the standard play heads up on the flop. See Post-flop: Standard play against one opponent.

On the river you can only catch a bluff. CO has to bluff 1/6 of his hands for the call to be of value. Most players would check their unimproved aces on the river as the have showdownvalue. So far CO has been raising tight, so not many Ks and Js should be in his range. I'd rather fold.
