Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP ($18.18)
Button ($7.31)
SB ($4.88)
Hero (BB) ($5.31)
UTG ($1.63)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, 9
UTG bets $0.20, MP calls $0.20, 1 fold, SB calls $0.18, Hero raises to $1.45, UTG raises to $1.63 (All-In), 2 folds, Hero calls $0.18

Flop: ($3.66) Q, 5, 3 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: ($3.66) 2 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($3.66) 3 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $3.66 | Rake: $0.24

A small stack raises 2 players call(both of them call very ligtly PF) now i consider calling to be bad here because the small stack cant pay me off if i hit my set. I didnt want to go all-in incase one of the two callers was slowplaying some big hand, so i decided for this huge raise thinking that it creates good fold equity and with the dead money from the callers it would be profitable to coin flip against the short stack. It is kind of a wierd situation for me, im interested what you think of it

Hello matusko,

Why can't you Call? MP has still full stack and you both pretty deep, I wouldn't mind Calling there and playing for set but your play is also reasonable if we are against a fish.

Best regards.
