I think just calling the raise is fine - although it would suck if the turn is a face card, you don't really need to protect against anything. Hopefully he will keep up the agresson but if not you can just bet yourself.

I think he is mostly going to have bluffs/weaker made hands here with Ax, and probably won't be able to call your raise.

Also if you are going to raise it up I think you should go with a normal bet size, as when you min-raise you are basically saying I have the nuts please call.

In my opinion just get it in, because A or Q might kill action on turn even more and he will have sets, two pairs or maybe even a Qx that will pay you off.

However I would prefer to Call there, the board ain't that dangerous and perfect spot to slowplay and let aggressor to bet the turn again and then likely shove. But it ain't a mistake to just get in on flop because with such a raise he is often ready to go broke here what wasn't the case this time but yes, I would likely raise it a bit bigger.
