Hi!

You can also raise this preflop as QJs has edge 3way here and since its a very good speculative hand it doesnt mind boosted multiway pots.
Sure there is nothing wrong with just a call.

Flop is clear c/c based on outs but I would donk turn. Being OOP you dont want them to check behind and that can happen very often on this card as typical players for these limits in BB will often check Tx and CO has AK KQ AQ like majority of the time.

I would also call river as you beat some COs valuebetting hands like worse Jx or even bluffs like KQ or whatever. BB will have busted draw often enough to call here.
