Just shove this preflop. We are playing with 10bb effective stacks. Normal raise is ok as well. In flop I would shove. Only pot behind so no point to give free cards.

In river shove is good. Can't see we would be behind here... Or at least villain has very passive line and small value bet, if that is the case

I bet/call on the flop to induce. Maybe a minbet or something. Never fold anyway. As played river is a clear shove, yes.
