hmmm close, without reads that he is shoving loose it should be -EV , however you are so short that a first in spot will also be likely -EV that's why I'd get it in.

concerning villains stacksize i give them often qq+, ak+ in this spot. So i guess i would fold 77 here allthough its pretty ugly...
what do you think?

well obviously i could not fold, but maybe i should instead give him credit for his early pos raise, but the minraise somehow made me think i could make him fold.
