Neither opponent has shown any real strength after the minimum bet and call on a drawy board. You might run into a real hand or a big draw, but you will also push players off of a hand like QJ or KT with overcards + gutshot. Those hands have a lot of outs and an information advantage if you just call, so it is much better to push if your opponents have hands like that. You may get called by some weaker made hands, too.

You aren't much of a favorite over a flush draw or OESD, but it's not a disaster to take a coin-flip since it is not the bubble yet, you have a short stack, and there is a lot of dead money in the pot.

This exactly. Plus we can't call the flop as it's so hard to play a turn otherwise. With your stacksize though I would just lead the flop for 600 or so for value/protection (obviously calling a shove).
