I am sorry that you have problems with the connection to the poker room.
PokerStars is the leading poker room in the market, so disconnections are very rare.
I hope this on disconnect doesn't affect your playing activity on PokerStars.

Downtime does happen and there is never a right time for everyone for it. Pokerstar is however the biggest online poker room. That should say something on it's own.
