Hello , im Kirby from Mexico , sorry about my english..

Well , like 3 weeks ago , some dude just hacked my password or got my password from pokerstars dont know how.
The weird thing here is that they transfered 536 dlls from my account to a random Neteller Account without a problem, how can this be posible if its not my Neteller Account ? I dont even use Neteller , i created an account while ago , but definitly my money didnt go there.. It is that easy to steal the money ?

Why they can transfer to a Neteller account without my name ?
And i can do shit for this... the best answer from pokerstars is that i have to go to the police. Lol.

This is the cashout mail.

Fecha de solicitud del reintegro: 13-11-2010 a las 20:15 h CT

Importe del reintegro: 536,00 USD

536,00 USD han sido abonados en tu cuenta NETeller (4*******9021).

They dont even gave me the full number of the Neteller account where my money go.

What should i do ? Am i wrong with this ?

maybe he saw you personal data from you account and create a new account on neteller using them.go o neteller and try to click forgot my password and complet it with your data because at fulltilt(where i play) you can withdraw money only on accounts with yor name.

i hope this will help you

Thanks... well i do have a Neteller account with my name and same email as i am registered to Pokerstars , dont see how the y can create another Neteller account with my info...

Hey,

You should definitely contact PokerStars regarding the account hack:
support@pokerstars.com

I hope they still can help you, even if the money already left your account.
