If BB is loose aggressive he can have some worse hands. He would not raise only 99+, AQ+ but some more. You may be behind or not, in any case you picked up a flush draw on the turn. This draw is not always winning but it is good for some outs. Your outs to the set are clean in most cases. So even if you were behind you have something like 7 to 8 discounted outs. You should definitely call the turn. If the river card isn't too bad (card < 9) I would also call the river. You have 7:1 pot odds on the river and need to win only 1 out of 8 cases. With a loose aggressive opponent this should work out.

I would not raise the turn because it is unlikely the opponent folds a better hand. Yes, you would like to prtect your hand, but you can't be sure you are in front often enough for a value raise (probably not) and you don't have a valuebet on the river. You would also hate a reraise because of your flush draw. It is better to let the opponent bet worse hands and to keep the hand inexpensive.
