I just started using the SitNGo Wizard software a few days ago to do some hand reviews. It automatically calculates an edge% for each hand based on your effective stack and your position.
This number seems to vary a great deal, but I thought I read somewhere that you should override this to something like 0.1 for each hand???
Is it best to let the software determine the edge% or to over-ride it? If over-ride, what is a good value to set it too and why?

if so, what does it represent, what is the sense of it what does it do?
why should it be set to 0?

So I assume setting it to 0%, represents the ideal pushing ranges if you have perfect reads on your opponents calling ranges?
If I was to set it to .05 for example, I take it that means tell me the proper pushing range minus 5%, to give me a bit of a safety cushion... i.e. to have an "edge"...
What does a negative edge mean then? Does it mean that you are willing to push looser than optimal because your opponent is super-tight and folds everything but pocket aces. If that were the case, wouldn't you just adjust his calling range for that...
The more I learn, the more confused I get... 
Negative edge means, that provided pushing range will include some negative EV pushes
