I wonder if MB can hold multiple currencies on the same account? Or do I have to choose in which currency (like in neteller) the account will be in? (E.g. $, Euro, Pound)
Did not found that information.

Hey funktor,
You just can have one currency at your account. You decide while opening the account which currency you want to have. So it is quite similar like Neteller.
However if you are a VIP member of Moneybookers you can have a second currency. For becoming a VIP member you need to transfer at least 5k€ in a month.
