hi guys. have received my poker tracker and all is well but have not received anything from poker ace . have deleted some spam mail without reading it by accident. was wondering if its been sent.

The exact same problem here. Why is there a delay?
No point really of having all this data about players in PT when you don't have the HUD.

Insert the email, with which you are registered on pokerstrategy. I think you should get your key then.
BTW there is no delay from PS.com, when my information is correct, the email only tells you, that you are qualified to get PA and then you have to visit this homepage.
WEll its been a month now. The delay is between the PT and the HUD. I send them the e-mail, it came back and said there is no HUD registered on my e-mail.

guys jst to help who doesnt have any program to show the stats, if u already have PT u can use (EDIT: NOT ALLOWED) its a free software and shows the data at the tables, of course HUD is better, but if u have none, this one will do.
do any of you guys that where on the last Pokertracker list, reseive the registration key for Poker ace HUD?
is it normal that it takes more than 4 days to recieve that?
i have sent some help tickets to ps´help and a guy named tobi asked me to check my inbox, so i went there and nothing.. i came back here and sent him a new ticket saying that i havent received anything, so he sent me a new answer telling me to be patient that i would the the registration code still this week.
so i guess this is the answer for everybody
maybe there was some problems when ps sent the names list or acehud organizers had some problem... anyways, ill be waiting
