I downloaded pokerstars from the link Ps gave me and made a deposit but i do not have the information sharing option. Does this mean i cannot get my strategy points? Can somebody please help?

Guess I'll hijack this thread 
We had to give our usernames a few weeks ago when you didn't see the option to share information. I did that, but I've never seen/receiver any response or information from that...
I've collected ~1500VPP there and I'd like to get strategypoints for them aswell, so do I also have to write a ticket?
