which version of the elephant are you running?

Hi i have same problem some of the hands on day 7.12 are imported, and some are not so the analysis and graphs are wrong. for day 5.12 and 6.12 are hand correct. I started using elephant on 5.12.

You are trying to import a No Limit Hold'em Freeroll Handhistory.

We do not support Freerolls.

@Ribic87: Which kind of hands did you import?

I inserted hands of FullTilt poker which they are in .txt format, i changed my setting in Fulltilt to sit down in ring tables with 20bb, which is the minimum for seating, maybe is cos of that i dont know.
I will post a screenshoot of that u can see that the hands are not imported.

please update to the latest Elephant v0.95. We've changed a lot from v0.90 - v0.95. You'll find it in our dev blog.

I updated it and its still not showing rigth. Hands from older version are not importing, stats is not working what could be wrong ?

could you please send us a few hands from a "shallow" table? ( elephant[at]pokerstrategy[dot]com - please provide a link to this thread)

Also, you got 713 duplicates, which states that these hands are already imported.

Please create a new database and try importing exactly these hands again.

I just got my hands onto your hands and imported them into the latest elephant (v0.95) version and it worked out well - no problems to report.

There were 3 files and 78 hands imported:
71 hands of NL $0,10/$0,25 and
7 hands of NL $0,50/$1,00

Please make sure you are using the latest Elephant version, try to import the hands into a new database if an already existing database causes any problems.

And you have to import the hands via the new "Import" page, not the one from the screenshot posted above, that page has been removed for good.

Hi.

I reinstalled whole program and i have the newest version.
Hands were autoimported and setting are default, i sended import report and ss of not imported hands on your email.
I really dont know why they are not imported. I can send whole hand history if u want.
Dont know what to do else

Hi,

as mentioned before there is no problem on the application. Please try to create a new database (settings/databasemanagement/create new database) and import the hands into it - that should do it.

I deleted all databases and created new 1 and still is saying that hands are not imported, i really dont know what to do else. I reinstalled all.
Where i can see my key where i enetered, maybe program dont use it, i dont know .

which Elephant version are you using? Please deinstall your version and install the latest devbuild. The v0.96 will be released a little later today in our blog.

please make sure that you've setup your PS client to locally store them (in English) and the default saving location can be seen and changed there as well.

imported hands via the new Import Tab succesfully, but nor hands nor statistics still here.
