I don`t want to have Postgre installed as a service, so I don`t installed this option. And now it`s do not want to run as a program. I used pg_ctl and tried other files, but it still don`t work. So, is there is a possibility to make it work as a program?

Hey FANTOM7347,
since postgreSQl is a database _service_ it therefore needs to be isntalled as a windows service.
You can always manually install postgreSQL by using the provided files in the PokerStrategy.com folder.
Those files do not show up in case you 'unticked' the postgreSQL option during the elephant installation.
