finally some more hands, it was about time. good that u started to post some, this will push your game even faster ♠_cool:
ok, lets get straight to the point:
hand 1:
pretty standard against a player with this stacksize. i like the betsizing, u set up the whole hand perfectly that u can get stacks in on the river easily.
lets assume villain has 100bb, we should still bet for value on the river. if we get c/r than we should fold if we dont have any additional reads. but we should try to get out some more value out of some hands like KQ, KT, some underpairs like TT or 99, or sdrawing hands that just made a pair on the river JTs, J9s
hand 2:
well played, on this type of board he will have many floating hands, cause u will be cbetting with your whole range here.
since there is a draw out there, i could see myself betting on the turn, to protect against some fds, and to not give a free card to some random unpaired floats. we are ahead here quite often, so we can also consider it as some kind of vbet
other than that, it protects us from not getting donked into, so we dont have to guess on the river if he just made a pair, or vbets his underpair.
both lines have their merit.
hand 3:
nice set up, i just wanna add that i like the line u took. it just looks very fishy sometimes and is a good value line, if he has some Ahigh hands or some lower pairs which he wants to potcontrol. so we squeeze extra value out of them. in this case it went in anyways
hand 4:
hmm, what more can i say than: fucking nice hand!!! ♠_cool:
under these conditions theres not much to say about it, but straight flushes are always a nice present, not only at this time of the year.
lets assume again that villain has a full stack. than we should probably opt to raise it already on the flop. i know that we have the board crushed, but in case he has a good hand as well, we dont want him to slow down if a scare card comes. and on this board basically everything is a scare card, not as crazy as in PLO though
he raised UTG, so lets give him a strong range. there are deffo some players who would get it in on the flop with an OP, but could get scared of almost everything that could pop up on the turn. also we want to build a pot, to get stacks in.
ok, that was the quick analysis.
hope u keep posting some hands. if you have some that gave you some trouble/headache, that would be even better.
and maybe someone else has something to say, its been a while since i really played nlhe and it may be that i got rusty in hand reading
the more comments the better.
