0,1/0,2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.90 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is CO with A♠, J♣
4 folds, Hero raises, BU calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6,50 SB) A♥, 7♦, 4♥ (3 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BU calls, BB calls.

Turn: (6,25 BB) 4♣ (3 players)
BB bets, Hero calls, BU calls.

River: (9,25 BB) 9♦ (3 players)
BB bets, Hero calls, BU calls.

Final Pot: 12,25 BB

Preflop/flop, I'm pretty sure my play is correct. But turn and river, is a calldown ok or should I find a raise/a fold ?

Hi!

Without any note I dont mind your play but make sure you check what he shows at the end because this donking line they do is often sooo very weak and 4x is not really that likely hand of BB. If you see anything else than 4x here make sure you valueraise this guy in the future in such spots.

You do not want to make a guy with FD fold on the flop, but pay for his draw :-)

Hi!

Well making him fold a draw would be a great success there but noone will fold it obviously until the river. But there are not just FDs that we are talking about. What about gutshots(56,46,58,68,23,35,25 and all these hands are not that unlikely for these guys or 7x/4x hands that have 5 outs) we want to charge these hands which would otherwise have an easy call but will now have to make an error by calling.

On the other hand there is not that much of hands which we can slowplay here... Ax will call anyway or even put in more action, and other air will fold even to just 1 bet except maybe some pockets but that is not that big part of their range.

But sure, calling here is an option as well but on these stakes ABC will do the trick just fine and by not doing anything tricky you are doing just fine
