In general, you should be much more aggressive with a big stack than most players expect. You are not very risk-averse, but everyone else will avoid playing large pots with you. So, if you threaten to play large pots, then players will tend to get out of your way, giving you many more blinds or small pots. Since you aren't risk-averse, the value from these small pots is not outweighed by the occasional lost medium or large pot.
However, you should also pay attention to your image. Although players in a $1 tournament are often unobservant, some will notice if you raise every hand, and they will loosen up if you raise several hands in a row. So, my default play would be to raise 66 here, but it might be ok to fold if you have raised the last few hands.
