fold he obv had u beat
he must have AA/AJ/JJ/33 there
there is no reason he overbets pot if he dont have you beat
-> lol, just kidding, obv from his bet size on flop he is big donk, he might have u beat having AJ,AA,JJ, 33 but nothing u can do there if he has that kind of hand,
when u call with that hand thats the flop u like to see...
readless mine only concern here is how to put all the stacks in, so if u both start the hand with 35k and with his bet sizing is kinda weird i might raise to 14k, shove or just call, depending on how strong hand i think villain have and is he capable to bluff bet on turn with KK, QQ or worse and is he going to bet turn if he has Ax
in vacuum i think he likes his hand and he is not folding so i'll shove

I think in this situation it depends so much on your reads. If you know the guy plays spewey like this and is unpredictable, maybe you can fold pre? You are OOP vs his UTG minraise which you have no read on, vs a villain who is likely to spew on you and put u in spots u dont want to be in on the final table. For me in this spot position is key, I would chuck it pre wait for my BU and pwn his blind :).
don't really like the call preflop. you are not really deep so your implieds are getting lower. As played i just call the bet to keep his bluffing hands. He is making the pot really big, so i see a good chance that you can stack off on the turn or the river.
