What's wrong with 250 pre? :P

Checking the flop looks good. We can call a small-ish bet, but probably have to fold to anything 3/4 pot size or bigger.
I'd take a stab on the turn when it checks around the flop... particularly on this turn card which a). hits their flatting range pretty hard (fish love JT and T9 way too much...) so you can get value from those b). puts a bunch of draws on the board which you can also get value from.
As played I think I'd raise/fold the river for value.
