im new here , yesterday ive passed n got a mail to verify my ID n Address , i sent them my University ID card n Utility bill , yet havent received no mail from support regarding to capital money , could guyz help me?

is this some kinda joke or something ?
after 3 days they send me the same mail , claiming that my documents were incomplete !! ive uploaded my ID n Utility bill ! what else should i provide?!
anyone to explain this ? what should i do ?

read what they said..maybe your picture is not clear enought..numbers and letter must be clear ya know..check that...just dont wory about your starting capital...its easy to receive it and even easier to lose it...

what is the difference ? if it's for verification purposes of my name it's enough i guess , also for the age , if i was under 18 i wouldnt be university !!

sending ID is not hard thing..1 min of your free time...thats nothing
you know what is frustrating..last year i want to widraw money from bwin and they ask me for driver licence..i didnt have licence at that time..thats absurdity

Because a university card can't be verified (not easily anyway), same as a bus pass etc.. Something like a driving license or passport is easily verifiable proof of ID around the board.
Just send new ID photos and you'll have your starting capital soon

The ID is necessary to protect PokerStrategy from multiple applications for free money from the same person. There is also legal restrictions PokerStrategy have to abide by, e.g. ensuring that all members are over 18 and not currently resident in the U.S. We need to be sure that you are who you say you are.
All details/documents you provide are kept in strict privacy and are not provided to anyone outside of PokerStrategy support team & head admins.
