Turn: Raise turn is mandatory as the board gets drawier. And some cards can call the action or your hand.
River: When he nearpots turn and river I get the feeling that villain is strong. So I'd just call, because there are quite some hands which beats you.

Please bet the flop, you lose so much value by checking ;(.

If he has air - yes, you might get a bluffbet from time to time. But oftentimes he just c/folds the turn in which case you don't gain anything, and if he has actually bets he's still bet/folding and most likely check/folding the river.
On the other hand if he has Qx he might even level himself to call down 3 barrels when you start betting on the flop because your BU-openingrange is so wide.

As played:
Turn: Agree with Anin.

River: As played I think we have to raise because we don't represent anything. At this point our most likely holding is a busted backdoorflushdraw or Q2, 52, 42, 82 - we usually still fold those hands preflop unless they're suited, so we pretty much only rep a bluff.

Therefore I think we have to call the shove. It's unlikely he's rebluffing, but our line is very strange and besides 76s there's not a whole lot that beats us.
