Pushing 14 BB after 2 limpers make the pot 3.5 bb is not a gross overbet. In fact, you are risking proportionally less for the reward of the pot than you would from an open push of 10 bb at 1.5 bb in blinds, and you can even open-push a little more at times.

You can consider making a small raise, but I lean toward pushing with my whole raising range.
