A 3-bet is fine. You are over 50 bb effective against the big blind, so you might want to consider making a smaller 3-bet which would not give you 2:1 odds in case the BB makes a cold 4-bet. (In fact, you might want to fold even AKs in case he does.) If you 3-bet to 550 or 600, this will commit the PFR in case he wants to call, while giving you the option to fold in case the BB shoves.

It would be unusual for the PFR to flat a small 3-bet, but if so position does not give him much of an advantage with stacks this shallow.

just want to add that a small 3bet might also get a regular to fold hands like JJ/QQ which is VERY good for us.
