limp/raise is genrally a big hand. I think a fold isn't too bad after he does that, depending on his tendencies.
I don't like calling with the 77 after he makes that move as there are pretty much no flops other than a 7 that will allow you to continue. But then again his raise is rather small, so set mining might be good here - I'm no equity expert.
