$0.25/$0.50 Limit Hold'em - 8 players

Pre Flop: (1.4 SB) Hero is BB with 4 :club: T :diamond:
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 4 folds, SB calls, Hero checks

Flop: (3 SB) T :spade: 7  8  (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 calls, SB 3-bets, Hero folds, UTG+1 calls
Was my R bad? Or my F after the 3B good? Check out the hidden results. It is frustrating to see when you fold the best hand, yet I think it is understandable on such a scary flop, or should I just be uber-aggressive?

Turn: (5.5 BB) 9 :club: (2 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 bets, SB calls

River: (7.5 BB) T :club: (2 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks

Final Pot: 7.5 BB
SB shows Kh9d(two pair, Tens and Nines)
UTG+1 shows Qc8c(two pair, Tens and Eights)
SB wins 7.2 BB

Hi!

Folding flop to 3bet is pretty bad since even when you think you are behind you are still getting 1:11 which is way too much to fold.Aslo when you think that this board is sooo drawheavy your hand is good in decent amount of time(FDs,9x,QJ,...) so at least a call is must.
