According to SSS bankroll management, we have to leave the table when we are 25 BB up. But how this limit has to be adjusted if we already play with 2-3 buy - in (40 - 60 BB)?

When we play SSS, we sit with 20bb. Suppose we are down 40-60 BB (2-3 buy in). If it turns up,(at the same session), when do we have to leave the table?
40bb, it doesnt matter if you lost more than you won.
you can't play SSS with 40bb+
Just remember to go to the table max if you decide to stay if you've gained over 25bb, but after that it's MSS/BSS depending on the table max.

it does not matter how much you lose you still leave the table when you have 25bb or more.
if you double up to 40bb then you've broken the sss law soon as you play the next hand

Jup. options from easy to less easy:
1 leave table immediately
2 wait to blind out and play KK and AA
3 play mss
4 top up to 100xbb and play BSS
Leave the table when the blinds get to you. Unless you're playing way below your limit, proper bankroll management won't allow you to play on that limit.
And I don't know about a mid stack strategy. I don't think it exists. You can't shove strong hand and you can almost never play smaller hands for value.
