Cd is best option here, you dont force better hand to fold (4,6 are behind his range) worse dont call, you can still beat many Ax hands

it can be a good fold when you consider him not betting with many A-high type of hands but against unknown you should at least check call the turn again and i think against this straightforward tag i give up on the river then. he doesn't look that bluffy but the problem is, that your hand is quite apparent when you c/c flop and turn. you'll almost never have Jx or Kx but most of the time third pair or worse and he could bluff with ui A high against these hands but i don'T know whether he's capable of doing that. your read must decide then. close decision. c/C flop is ok but against a tag that never gonna reraise as a bluff, i like c/r flop bet turn more than the passive line.
