$0.25/$0.5 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 9:c, A:c.
Hero raises, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.
Flop: (6.4 SB) 3:d, 5:s, 2:s (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO folds, BB calls.
Turn: (4.2 BB) J:d (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.
River: (4.2 BB) 8:c (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.
Final Pot: 6.2 BB.
Normally I bet on the turn and check behind on the river.
This time I tried something else. some kind of bluff induce, I don't know how to call it.
The ideea is: if ye has a pair from the flop(5, 3, or 2) he will check on the river. If he has jack I am pretty scrued. But if he has nothin, the only way he could win the pot is by trying a bluff (I think that he thinks like this).
I will lose one BB anyway if I am behind and follow my standard play (bet turn, check behind river) but if he has nothing I will probably not win one BB with my standard move.
what do you think? What do I miss?
