nice hand for me.I did not understand your exact position pfr,but you 3bet OOP so you can 3bet a bit more like 3,5x to 1.4$.Flop pot would be bigger.
If you decided to shove on turn then you need to tailor your bet sizing for that.Bet more on flop and the rest easy on turn.Or you can do it in 3 steps.

In 3-bet pot 100BB deep there is almoast no way how to release from AA/KK (for KK A on flop would be exception).
As you played it it looks fine, I belive that board still on turn did not hit villain or he has already set ;).
You can still go and bet turn something like $3.5 and bet rest on river.
Your overshove may just cause that hands that would incorrectly called smaller will fold at this point.
