I don't like fold because ir is +EV, I don't like r/c, I don't like r/f :f_p: .
So what should I do?

r/f to SB...

if we raise here with BB being so short...can we ever fold to him?

Shove is ok, if SB is good player. In general, if we don't have such a read I would fold. Raise will open door for some bubble abuse by SB, but if he is on tight side that's not problem probably. With min raise and BB shoving we would need about ~36% equity, which we don't usually get. But I don't see point in raising if we are planning to fold to BB shove. Better then to just fold and give chip leader chance to shove.

Anyway I don't really like raise in first place. So I would shove or fold. In 12$ game fold is probably always best play imo.

shoving 20 effective blinds here is just an unnecessary risk.

r/f SB.

it is possible to r/f against the BB as well if you are certain he is only reshoving a very very tight range (which he should be). But, usually we r/c the BB
