whats the best line here...I think he will resteal light with his BS...
should we just push for 15bb?
limp/stab an option knowing that he should defend quite often against it?

Pushing A4 is profitable here even if you raise-call top of your range and he knows this.

Raise/fold is bad because he'll shove light. Raise/call is pure spew. Limp/stab is bad because he's gonna play his position and stack size vs you and you'll lose the pot at the first sign of weakness. Shoving is good, he can't call you that light even with his big stack, it's a 15bb shove.
