BB was fairly loose/slightly passive and liked to slowplay his big hands. I felt that his range on the river was A-x/nothing. Although I hardly ever do so, should I have gone for a c/r on the river in this hand?

id bet and wait for the reraise all in with his ace rag

Can´t put him always Ax. If he has flush draw then he wouldn´t call even your 1$ bet. If he has Ax, he would call maybe even all-in push. I would bet 10$ at that situation.

I also think that small overbet might be the best here. Villain has fishy stats with extremely high WTSD% so mostly you should get nice value out of him.

I push the river. From his stats, he is a complete calling station and will never fold an A.
