[Closed] Cannot import hands pls help

elephant runs the auto import and it tells me that a certain number of hand have not been imported. I have a print but I do not know how to post it. during play on FTP after every hand i see that tho software performs auto import but the number of hands not imported grow one by one. i have the latest version frm the manufacturer's blog I reinstalled the software I even created a new dtb but the problem still persists.

I've searched through all the threads but none talks specifically abou my problem.

I think I didn't catch your problem.

The elephant is importing your played hands correctly but your overview is not changing at all?

Or is the import not working correctly?

What kind of hands are you trying to import?

I'm just trying to make it work as it should. it doesnt do anything at all. nevermind anyway, I unninstalled it and I'm not thinking about reinstallin the 10th time I believe. I hope you guys can come up with something better cause this software sucks. the entire forum is filled with complaints and problems regarding this elephant.
