2nd Free starting capitals are rare but can be obtained by reaching a certain criteria in a time-frame.
Sorry but we cannot disclose any information on how to exactly get one.

I'd be interested in it as well I've had some good runs but when the bad times striked I just couldn't stop playing and threw away the hard earned money and the money you guys gave me, I'd appreciate a second chance.
As Kyle says, a 2nd capital is just a promotion that is occasionally given out and cannot be relied on.
Each member is entitled to just one free starting capital.
By studying the strategy material well and learning from past mistakes, you can soon build a sizeable bankroll from even the smallest of deposits.
