Close to final table is this a good call on the river?

Also, I didn't fold on the bet on flop because villain was loose and and I thought hitting a 2 or A would give me great implied odds.

i would fold to the flop bet because you have a marginal hand and you are oop so it really doesn't have that gr8 implied odds i would either chk raise turn or bet fold the river smaller
betsizing on the river makes it a must call because you need to be good about 25% of the times

not sure you have implied odds here. you only have five outs (3 aces and 2 twos). If you dont hit the turn then you have to pay again to see the river. To hit an out on the turn is around 10% chance so 9:1. you are only getting roughly 4.25:1 pot odds. So even if you KNEW 100% for sure he was going to check the flop you dont have the odds.

And as you saw even if you do hit one of the outs its not really a clean out. I think you have enough chips left to fold on the flop.

all, if my maths or logic here is wrong please let me know (still learning this stuff).

Can we consider shoveing preflop here. or is villian to loose?

fold the flop. your hand is crap and there are not many cards (like evertonroar mentioned) that can help you. and you're playing oop too. I don'tl ike shoving here. Your stack is still ok and with a2 you could be crushed by small pair or better ax.
